Program and Promotion

Our policy is that if teams drop out of the event prior to Sept 1st, the entry fee is fully refunded.  After Sept 1st, it will depend on if we are able to find a team to fill your spot. Exceptions to this policy may be considered in extenuating circumstances. Thanks for your understanding on this issue.
